What is it?

Lavender hydrosol is the aqueous phase obtained during the steam distillation of Lavandula angustifolia flowers. It contains water-soluble aromatic molecules and minimal amounts of natural aromatic components that impart the characteristic soft and pure lavender aroma.
Unlike essential oil, hydrosol is naturally less concentrated and is suitable for direct, daily use on the skin.
