Gabriela Demirova, co-founder:
"I feel extremely lucky that my work with BETHER allows me to satisfy my passion for natural beauty as a foundation for true confidence. The brand we created gives us the opportunity to promote the benefits of essential oil crops - a topic that is very close to my heart. And it's no wonder why - I grew up in Kazanlak, right in the heart of Bulgaria - the Valley of Roses. With my husband's experience in growing and distilling essential oil crops and my knowledge in the field of industrial business, we took the initiative to offer young and modern people essential oils through high-quality cosmetic products with a unique brand.
One of my favorite quotes is "Perfection is not attainable, but if we pursue perfection, we can do great!" This thought can be applied not only to BETHER products, but also to the work ethic of our team and our unwavering determination to provide our customers with the quality and appreciation they deserve!"
Atanas Demirov, co-founder:
"After completing my master's degree in Switzerland, there were many opportunities for me in that country, but my intuition did not allow me to continue my professional path there. I deliberately chose to return to my hometown in Bulgaria - Kazanlak, to try to develop the family business in new directions."
Over the past 10 years, I have invested in several start-ups, successfully participated in many European programs and expanded our agricultural business to new directions. And the last step of the cycle has come - creating the perfect natural cosmetic products with essential oils under the BETHER brand. Our slogan is short and eloquent and was born quite naturally from the closed production cycle - "We plant cosmetics". And we really do it!
Everything we do at BETHER - from the challenges we face to the positive feedback from our customers - is very exciting for us and I am happy and grateful that we do it together as a family!"
