Delivery
The standard delivery time for ordered goods is:

up to 3 business days for Bulgaria, Romania, or Greece;

up to 7 business days for countries other than Bulgaria, Romania, or Greece.
The delivery time for orders placed during promotions and discount campaigns is up to 7 business days. Delivery is carried out by the courier company Speedy (DPD).
Purchased goods are delivered:

to the delivery address specified by the Customer via the courier company Speedy; or
-
to a Speedy courier office selected by the Customer.
Delivery costs are borne by:

The Customer, when the order value does not exceed EUR 45.00. The delivery fee is calculated according to the courier company’s tariff plan.

The Customer, when the order is shipped to an address in a country other than Bulgaria, Romania, or Greece.

The Supplier, under the following cumulative conditions:
-
when the order value is equal to or greater than EUR 45.00; and
-
when the order is shipped to an address in Bulgaria, Romania, or Greece.

If you have selected the “Cash on Delivery” payment method (available only for deliveries to Bulgaria), you will receive a receipt/cash slip directly from the courier. For orders for which you have requested a tax invoice, it will be enclosed with the shipment.
An order sent and not claimed within 7 days is canceled and returned to the Supplier.
