Rules for returning purchased goods

In accordance with Bulgarian legislation (Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, and Bethercosmetics.com undertakes to refund the amount paid.

The paid amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received, using the method specified below.

Returned goods are accepted only if they are in good commercial condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

The costs of returning the purchased goods are borne by the customer.

If the reason for returning the goods is an error on the part of the supplier (damaged goods, goods in improper commercial condition, goods past their expiration date, or incorrectly delivered goods), the return costs are borne by the supplier.

Procedure for returning purchased goods

You may withdraw from your purchase by following these steps:

  • Log in to your customer account here;

  • Select the order and the specific products you wish to return;

  • Indicate the reason for the return;

  • Provide the IBAN of the bank account to which you would like the refund to be transferred, as well as the full name of the account holder;
