Rules for returning purchased goods
In accordance with Bulgarian legislation (Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act), the customer may cancel the order within 14 days of receipt, and Bethercosmetics.com is obliged to return the amount received. The paid amount is transferred to the customer's account within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in the manner specified below.
Returned goods are accepted only if they are in a suitable commercial condition.
The costs of returning the purchased goods are at the customer's expense.
In case the reason for the return is the supplier's error (damaged goods, goods in unsuitable commercial form, goods with an expired shelf life or goods sent incorrectly), the return is at the expense of the latter.
Procedure for returning purchased goods
You can cancel your purchase by:

Attach the completed form to the products you wish to return;

Send the products, appropriately packaged so that their integrity and quality are not damaged during transportation, together with the completed form, to the Speedy office in Varna, 15 Stefan Stambolov Street, for Better Distributions Ltd., tel.: 0896 741 738.
